1. General Terms

Gift cards purchased on botslab.de are issued by Smart Network Co. Limited and are subject to these terms and conditions.

By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Usage

Gift cards can be redeemed only on our Shopify store botslab.de for products available at the time of redemption.

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
• They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Gift cards cannot be applied to previous orders.

3. Validity Period

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

After expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited unless prohibited by law.

4. Balance & Checking

You can check your gift card balance by visiting your account on botslab.de or contacting our customer support at service@botslab.com.

5. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash and keep it safe.

6. Modification & Termination

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect gift cards already purchased except as required by law.

Note: Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be reloaded or exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
