Return & Refund Policy
1. Refunds
We will refund the full purchase price plus standard delivery costs (if any) no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment — whichever is earlier.
For returns due to change of mind, you bear the return shipping costs. If the return is due to defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
2. Return Shipping
Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without valid tracking.
3. Exemptions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed hygiene items if unsealed after receipt
- Custom-made or personalized goods
- Digital content once download or streaming has started (with prior consent)
4. Defective Goods
If items are defective or incorrect, your statutory rights apply. Contact us at service@botslab.com including order number, photos of damage, and description. We will cover return shipping for justified returns.
Note: Refunds may be subject to deductions if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, properties, or functioning.
