Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
We offer a limited warranty period of 12 months for all eligible products. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to you.
Replacement items provided under warranty are warranted either for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration of the product
- Improper handling, storage, installation, or wiring
- Power surges, electrical faults, or lightning strikes
- Use of non-approved accessories or components (e.g. batteries)
- Extreme environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, water damage)
- Unauthorized repair or tampering
- Normal wear and tear, or consumable components
3. Scope of Warranty
Refunds
Refunds are allowed only in exceptional cases (e.g. product is irreparable). Any refund must be requested within 30 days from delivery and is subject to verification of eligibility.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To start a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at service@botslab.de with your order number, description of the defect, and photos/videos.
- Our support team will evaluate your claim and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or return instructions.
- Ship the product (with all original accessories) to the address specified, using trackable shipping.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will repair, replace, or refund as applicable.
Please retain proof of postage and tracking details. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without valid tracking.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This warranty does not cover costs such as installation, removal, shipping, handling, customs, or taxes not expressly covered by us.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as data loss or business interruption) arising from product use, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for personal injury or death remains unaffected.
Where local law prohibits exclusion or limitation of such liability, such limitations do not apply to you.
